We usually reply within 2 business days (3 business days for refund requests, one month at most for requests about your personal data). To speed things up, write from your account’s e-mail address and mention, as relevant, the project name, the payment date or the Freemius order number shown on your receipt.
Billing
Payments, invoices and refunds are processed by Freemius, Inc., our reseller (“Merchant of Record”). For billing questions you can contact Freemius support from your receipt; you can also write to us and we will pass it on.
